Technology Leader Resources
  • International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) - The International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) is the trusted source for professional development, knowledge generation, advocacy, and leadership for innovation. A nonprofit membership organization, ISTE provides leadership and service to improve teaching, learning, and school leadership by advancing the effective use of technology in PK–12 and teacher education.
  • California Technology Assistance Project (CTAP)  - The California Technology Assistance Project (CTAP) is a statewide educational technology leadership initiative, providing assistance to schools and districts in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
  • California Learning Resources Network (CLRN) - CLRN makes it easy for you to find the standards-aligned software, video and Internet learning resources you need. CLRN experts have identified, reviewed and organized hundreds of Electronic Learning Resources (ELRs) in a searchable database that allows you to compare key features of selected resources.
  • Technology Information Center for Administrative Leadership (TICAL) - The Internet offers a tremendous range of information, tools, and resources that can help administrators lead their schools and districts to excellence.
  • TechSeTS - TechSETS is focused on providing technical professionals in California schools improved access to training, support and other resources. With the explosive growth in school technology, the need for well-trained technical support staff has been steadily on the rise.

Educational Technology Journals
  •  eSchool News covers education technology in all its aspects--from legislation and litigation, to case studies, to purchasing practices and new products. First published in March of 1998, eSchool News is a monthly print newspaper providing the news and information necessary to help K-20 decision-makers successfully use technology and the internet to transform North America's schools and colleges and achieve their educational goals. The print newspaper is read by more than 300,000 school leaders, and a companion web site—eSchool News Online (http://www.eschoolnews.com ) is visited by more than 300,000 unique visitors each month, including 135,000 registered members.
