YOUR SITE TECHNOLOGY BINDER 
 
Your binder should be growing every year.  Each year their should be additional task that teachers are requeired to do with the assistance of you and the technology binder.
 
When responding to issues of support. Keep good notes on what is being performed. At the end of the school year, go through technology request. Make a list of all the common request. When making the list identity the top 5 repairs/request that were handled by you. Which ones can be done by teachers if they were give support or directions?
 
Once you have identified the top two skills that could possibly be addressed by teachers, create directions and place those directions in technology their binder. By doing this you can now direct the teachers to the binders to solve that very issue.
 
The next time a teacher runs across that issue and they call you.  You can just say "That's in the technology binder" 
 

By doing this you have gotten the teacher to TAKE CTRL!
